An updated plan of action (well, the beginnings).

You would be hard pressed to find someone lazier and more unmotivated than me when it comes to working out, no lie. That’s why I know that any exercise plan I attempt is going to have to be super simple and super manageable, at least for the first little while, until I can get used to it and build up endurance and start tacking more onto the end.

So my updated plan of action is:

A) start doing 30 minutes of Tracy Anderson dance cardio at least 3-5 times a week — hoping to start at 3 the first week, do 4 or 5 the next week, eventually work up to 5-6 days a week.

B) eventually, start adding in 30 minutes of muscular structure work.

C) when I can afford it, buy Tracy’s Metamorphosis program and start training with that.

D) quit putting shit in my mouth and actually eat real, good food — this means I will probably have to draft up a meal plan idea every week with a guideline of what to eat, since otherwise, I will go crazy and eat total crap. 

I’ll also try to monitor my blood pressure every day (for my doctor’s reference) and I might start taking 5-HTP — I have a bottle in my fridge but I haven’t started taking it yet, so we’ll see.

Let’s just hope I can give myself a kick in the ass during this heat wave. (Hey, Tracy recommends you work out in a heated room, so… I guess the heat wave is kind of doing me a favor?)
